True. By the Weierstrass approximation theorem, choose polynomials qn with qn→f(m) uniformly. Define Pn by integrating qn exactly m times and choose the m integration constants so that
Pn(r)(0)=f(r)(0),0≤r<m.
(1)
Then Pn(m)=qn, and repeated use of the fundamental theorem of calculus gives
∥Pn(r)−f(r)∥∞≤(m−r)!∥qn−f(m)∥∞(0≤r<m).
(2)
Every derivative therefore converges uniformly as required.
