Define a new probability measure by the strictly positive Radon-Nikodym derivative
dPdQ=exp(σZ−21σ2),σ=−σm+σ2/2.
(1)
The moment-generating function of a normal distribution shows that this density has expectation one, so Q is a probability measure equivalent to P. Moreover,
EQ[S11]=EP[eσZ−σ2/2eσZ+m]=exp(m+2σ2+σσ)=1=S01.

Thus the discounted risky asset is a one-period Q-martingale. The fundamental theorem of asset pricing implies that there is no arbitrage.
