The electric quarks give 2Nc copies of the SU(2Nf) fundamental, so
Ael[SU(2Nf)3]=2Nc.
(1)
In the magnetic theory the 2Nc color components of q transform as flavor antifundamentals and contribute −2Nc. The singlet Mij is the two-index antisymmetric representation of SU(2Nf), whose cubic anomaly coefficient is 2Nf−4. Hence
Amag[SU(2Nf)3]=−2(Nf−Nc−2)+(2Nf−4)=2Nc=Ael.
(2)
This is a direct anomaly check of Seiberg duality.
