The antisymmetric Cμν transforms as a Lorentz tensor, so its complete contraction
C2=CμνCμν
(1)
is a Lorentz scalar. Hence
[Mρσ,C2]=0.
(2)
Parts ii and v give [Pρ,C2]=[Qα,C2]=[Qˉα˙,C2]=0. It therefore commutes with every generator of the Super-Poincaré algebra and is a Casimir element, called the superspin Casimir.
