This part is a radial differential-equation identity. Expanding the spherical derivative gives
ϕ′′+r2ϕ′+B2ϕ=0.
(1)
Put ψ=rϕ. Since ψ′′=rϕ′′+2ϕ′, multiplication of the equation by r yields ψ′′+B2ψ=0. Its real solution is
ψ=Asin(Br)+Ccos(Br),ϕcf=Arsin(Br)+Crcos(Br).
(2)
For a regular field at the centre, the cosine-over-radius contribution must vanish. The sine-over-radius term is regular because sin(Br)/r→B as r→0.
