The projective completion of
y+x3+xy3=0
(1)
is the smooth plane quartic
X3Z+XY3+YZ3=0.
(2)
The coordinate relabelling [A:B:C]=[Y:X:Z] turns this equation into the standard Klein quartic equation A3B+B3C+C3A=0.
