Recombination-weighted electron energy (⟨E⟩rec)

The mean kinetic energy removed per recombination is ⟨E⟩rec=∫EfT(E)σrec(E)v(E)dE/∫fT(E)σrec(E)v(E)dE. The capture-rate weighting generally differs from averaging an unselected Maxwell distribution, so ⟨E⟩rec=3kBT/2 is only an additional approximation.
