For the defining two-dimensional sl2 Lie algebra module with coordinates x,y, put uij=x3−iyi⊗x2−jyj. Its three highest-weight vectors are u00, u10−u01 and u20−2u11+u02, of weights five, three and one. Lowering the last once gives u30−2u21+u12, an explicit second vector of its two-dimensional irreducible summand.
