 Cold magnetized plasma

A plasma whose linear wave response retains the equilibrium magnetic field and particle inertia but neglects pressure forces, thermal dispersion and collisions. Its applicability requires $k{v}_{\mathrm{th},s}\ll |\omega |$ and separate care near cyclotron resonances.
