 Kelvin-wave channel invariant

Exponentially weighted cross-channel integrals of velocity and pressure isolate the two oppositely propagating boundary Kelvin waves. Their conserved characteristic amplitudes supply the two integral constraints missing from a channel geostrophic-adjustment problem.
