A Majorana neutrino is its own antiparticle. A corresponding mass term can violate conventional lepton number by two. Observing a wrong-helicity charged-current process is nevertheless suppressed by the very small neutrino mass relative to its energy, rather than having the ordinary charge-conjugate branching fraction.
