 Three-term calorimeter resolution

Independent stochastic, approximately fixed-noise and fractional-response contributions add in variance. The relative resolution is $A/\sqrt{E}\oplus B/E\oplus C$. Signal-counting and sampling fluctuations enter $A$; fixed equivalent energy noise enters $B$; residual response nonuniformity enters $C$. The powers approximate a fitted energy range rather than describing every leakage or Pile-up effect exactly.
