Beta-stable cardinal property
If a β-strong embedding has critical point κ and the β-stable property Φ(κ) holds, then {μ<κ:Φ(μ)} is unbounded in κ. For each γ<κ, the target sees κ as a witness between γ and j(κ); elementarity reflects a witness between γ and κ.
