Bn root system
The B3 roots are ±εi±εj for 1≤i<j≤3 and ±εi for 1≤i≤3. Its root basis α1=ε1−ε2, α2=ε2−ε3, α3=ε3 exhibits it as the dual root system of the C3 root system. With Aij=⟨αi,αj∨⟩, its Cartan matrix is
2−10−12−10−22.

The fundamental representation of highest weight [1,0,0] is the seven-dimensional vector representation, with weights ±ε1,±ε2,±ε3,0.
