The C3 roots are ±εi±εj for 1≤i<j≤3 and ±2εi for 1≤i≤3. One root basis is α1=ε1−ε2, α2=ε2−ε3, α3=2ε3. With Aij=⟨αi,αj∨⟩, its Cartan matrix is
2−10−12−20−12.

The fundamental representation of highest weight [1,0,0] is six-dimensional, with weights ±ε1,±ε2,±ε3.
