For a left left-acting BRST differential with sA=Dc, scˉ=b, sb=0, choose Ψ=cˉa(∂⋅Aa+ξba/2). The graded Leibniz rule gives sΨ=b∂⋅A+ξb2/2−cˉ∂⋅Dc. Integrating the auxiliary Gaussian yields −(∂⋅A)2/(2ξ)−cˉ∂⋅Dc. At ξ=1 this is Feynman gauge. Opposite antighost or exact-action sign conventions require a corresponding change of fermion.
