A constant primordial bispectrum means a constant bispectrum shape function, not a bispectrum independent of wavenumber. With P(k)=2π2Δζ2/k3 and scale-independent Δζ2, one normalization is B=fNL[P(k1)P(k2)P(k3)]2/3=4π4fNLΔζ4/(k1k2k3)2.
