For the series over all nonzero integer pairs, the constant Fourier coefficient is 2ζ(2s)ys+2πΓ(s−1/2)ζ(2s−1)y1−s/Γ(s). Integrating over one real period unfolds the translated intervals and then uses the Gaussian integral. Multiplication by π−sΓ(s) expresses it as 2Λ(2s)ys+2Λ(2s−1)y1−s in terms of the completed Riemann zeta function.
