For Kr=Qp(ζpr), the uniformizer ζpr−1 has different exponent pr−1(r(p−1)−1). Differentiate the cyclotomic polynomial at ζpr: the numerator contributes rpr−1(p−1) to the valuation, while the denominator ζp−1 contributes pr−1.
