The radius of a charged particle orbit perpendicular to a uniform magnetic field. In a parabolic band rc=m∗v⊥/(∣q∣B), or rc=ℏkF/(e∣B∣) for a Fermi-level electron. Charge sign sets the curvature direction, while the radius uses magnitudes.
