At fixed s=s13, use E2∗=(M2−m22−s)/(2s) and E3∗=(s+m32−m12)/(2s) in the 13-pair rest frame. The endpoint values of its relative cosine give the displayed Dalitz plot boundary. The momenta are fixed by the Källén function; (m1+m3)2≤s≤(M−m2)2. Integrating s23+−s23− gives the invariant-coordinate area, whose phase-space normalization still contains M−2.
