For A=π/8, define real tail functions by Q+iP=e−iλ2∫λ∞eit2dt. Then C=A+Psinλ2−Qcosλ2 and S=A−Pcosλ2−Qsinλ2. Repeated integration by parts gives
P∼∑m≥022m+1λ4m+1(−1)m(4m−1)!!,Q∼∑m≥022m+2λ4m+3(−1)m(4m+1)!!,

where (−1)!!=1. These are asymptotic expansions, rather than convergent infinite sums at a fixed argument.
