If log(ϵr/ϵ) is Gaussian with variance σr2, normalization gives ⟨ϵrq⟩/ϵq=exp[q(q−1)σr2/2]. Taking exp(σr2)=B(ℓ/r)μ predicts ζp=p/3−μp(p−3)/18. Its eventual negative high-order exponents show that this extrapolation cannot hold for arbitrarily large orders with finite uniform velocity moments.
