Projecting free-streaming neutrinos onto the tensor spherical harmonic gives
K(x)=161∫−11(1−μ2)2e−ixμdμ=x2j2(x),K(0)=151.
(1)
Here j2 is a Spherical Bessel function. The continuous value at zero follows by integrating (1−μ2)2, whose integral is 16/15.
