NASA-TP-2545, February 1986. Title pages give E. B. Plentovich and Blair B. Gloss. Summary and printed pp. 3–4 describe interchangeable flat-plate pressure orifices, increased pressure error with larger openings, and tests with a flush sintered-metal plug. The finite-strip averaging illustration is an independent mathematical model, not the reported correction law.
