For a time-independent Hamiltonian operator and a Schrödinger picture observable with no explicit time dependence, the Heisenberg picture operator is
OH(t)=eiHtOSe−iHt.
(1)
Differentiation gives O˙H=iHOH−iOHH=i[H,OH], so
[H,OH]=−idtdOH.
(2)
If OS itself depends explicitly on time, one must add eiHt(∂tOS)e−iHt to O˙H; the displayed commutator relation uses the usual convention of no explicit time dependence for the observable.
