The jth column of AE is A(Eej). The permutation matrix fixes e1,e2 and interchanges e3,e4, so these columns are Ae1,Ae2,Ae4,Ae3. They are exactly the first, second, fourth and third columns of A. Thus right multiplication by E interchanges columns three and four, leaving the others unchanged.
