Official manufacturer notes. Internal shielding effect and Figure 10: excitation spectra of dilute and concentrated solutions observed at emission 450 nm; concentration distorts the excitation spectrum. Spectral correction section distinguishes sample response from instrument response. Do not treat concentration quenching and optical shielding as the same mechanism.
