An infinite cardinal number κ is a regular cardinal if every function from an ordinal δ<κ into κ has bounded range. Write this as ∀f∀δ∈κ(Map(f,δ,κ)⇒∃β∈κ∀ξ∈δ f(ξ)<β). The graph predicates are bounded formulas in set theory, and cardinalhood is Pi-one definable, so adding infinite cardinalhood yields a Pi-one formula modulo ZF.
