For conserved w=−1/3 scalar energy, ρX=3M2H02ΩX/a2 and ϕ′=2MH0ΩX on the increasing branch. With dust and radiation, define b=Ωm/(2ΩX) and A=Ωm2/4−ΩrΩX/ΩX. When the discriminant is positive,
a(ϕ)=Acosh[2Mϕ−ϕ0+C]−b,C=arcoshA1+b,

and V(ϕ)=2M2H02ΩX/a(ϕ)2. The formulas retain all density parameters without eliminating one by the flatness sum.
