Short exact sequence of sheaves

A sequence $0\to {\mathcal{F}}^{\prime }\to \mathcal{F}\to {\mathcal{F}}^{\prime \prime }\to 0$ of sheaves is exact exactly when the induced sequence on every stalk is exact.
