Soap film

A thin liquid layer whose two reflected beams can interfere. For air on both sides, one surface reflection has a phase reversal; a constructive reflected condition is $2nt\cos r=(j+1/2)\lambda$. Thickness and viewing angle therefore alter the selected colours.
