A circumplanetary orbit whose orbital period equals the central planet's spin period. Its semi-major axis follows from Kepler's third law. Matching periods alone does not fix the satellite above one ground location; that additionally requires a planet-stationary orbit.
A prograde, equatorial circular orbit with orbital period equal to the planet's spin period. In the ideal model its satellite remains above one equatorial ground location. Nonzero orbital inclination or orbital eccentricity destroys exact stationarity even when the periods agree.
