For a target transfer error $ϵ$, the frequency mismatch in cycles per second should satisfy $|\delta \nu |\lesssim \Omega \sqrt{ϵ}/(2\pi )$ in this small-detuning regime. This is not a complete characterization of every coherent gate error.
