 Thrust acceleration

The instantaneous acceleration contribution from rocket thrust $T$ acting on remaining rocket mass $M$ is $a_T=T/M$. Gravity and other external forces contribute separately. A constant rocket thrust therefore produces an increasing thrust acceleration as rocket propellant is consumed.
