One form of the Abel transform is
g(y)=∫0y​y2−x2​f(x)​dx.

For sufficiently regular f, it is inverted by
f(x)=π2​dxd​∫0x​x2−y2​yg(y)​dy.

Endpoint atoms must be handled separately as measures rather than ordinary densities.
