The Brownian representation of half-plane capacity is hcap(K)=limy→∞yEiyImBT. The harmonic capacity from infinity in the upper half-plane uses cap(K)=limy→∞πyPiy(BT∈K). Since 0≤ImBT≤rad(K)1{BT∈K}, the displayed bound follows. The normalization factor π cannot be omitted. Independently, enclosure in a half-disc and monotonicity of half-plane capacity give the sharp bound hcap(K)≤rad(K)2.
