Root lattice ($Q$)

The root lattice is the integer span of the roots, equivalently of the simple roots.

For weights $\mu ,\lambda$, one writes $\mu ⪯\lambda$ when $\lambda -\mu$ is a nonnegative integer combination of the simple roots.
