The leading scalar spectrum is proportional to V3/V′2. Along a slow-roll trajectory, dϕ/dlna≃−Mpl2V′/V and dlnk/dlna=1−ϵH. Differentiating at horizon exit and keeping first order gives ns−1=−6ϵV+2ηV. The derivative-factor correction contributes at second order.
