A vectorlike gauge spectrum pairs complex gauge group representations R and Rˉ among independent left-handed Weyl spinors. Such a pair permits a gauge-invariant fermion mass and occurs in a full charged hypermultiplet of four-dimensional N=2 extended supersymmetry.
