Vortex fugacity ($y$)

A dimensionless statistical weight per microscopic phase vortex core. In a dilute convention it is $y_0\simeq \exp [-E_c/(k_{B}T)]$, with core energy $E_c$ and a specified microscopic integration measure. Its numerical normalization fixes coefficients in the vortex-pair renormalization flow.
