For c=1−ε2, three vertical slits of height ε rooted at −c,0,c form a compact H-hull of enclosing radius one. Subadditivity of harmonic hull capacity gives capacity at most 6ε, which can tend to zero. Thus a uniform lower bound requires additional geometric hypotheses.
