Sheaf of relative Kähler differentials (${\Omega }_{X/Y}$)

For a morphism of schemes $X\to Y$, the sheaf of relative Kähler differentials is obtained by sheafifying the modules ${\Omega }_{B/A}$ on affine charts $\mathrm{Spec}B\to \mathrm{Spec}A$.
