Generalized eigenspace ($\ker (A-\lambda I{)}^N$)

The generalized eigenspace of a linear operator $A$ for an eigenvalue $\lambda$ is the union of the kernels $\ker (A-\lambda I{)}^N$. In finite dimension this union stabilizes for sufficiently large $N$.
