For ψ(t)=∑m≤tΛ(m), finite rearrangement and the Von Mangoldt divisor identity give
T(x)=∑n≤xψ(x/n)=∑m≤xlogm=log(⌊x⌋!).
(1)
The Stirling formula, or integral comparison for the logarithm, gives T(x)=xlogx−x+O(log(x+1)) for real x≥1.
