A finitely supported sequence has only finitely many nonzero coordinates. Their vector space is commonly denoted c00​.

Finitely supported sequence
For 1≤p<∞, coordinate truncations converge in ℓp, so c00​ is dense. It is not dense in ℓ∞: every finitely supported sequence is at distance at least one from the constant-one sequence.
