 Bounded bilinear form

A bilinear form $B:X\times X\to \mathbb{R}$ on a normed vector space is bounded when some $C<\infty$ satisfies $|B(u,v)|\le C\Vert u\Vert \Vert v\Vert$ for all $u,v\in X$.
