Supersymmetric quantum mechanics factors partner Hamiltonians through first-order operators. Its odd supercharges anticommute to the Hamiltonian; on a Riemannian manifold, the Hilbert space can be realized by square-integrable differential forms with supercharges given by a differential and its adjoint.
